This competition is organised by Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen AG and is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social networks. It is neither sponsored, endorsed nor administered by them.

By participating in this competition, the user also agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

a) All persons aged 18 or over and resident in Switzerland who fulfil the conditions set out in the competition post are eligible to participate.

b) Employees of Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen AG, participating agencies and all promotional partners, as well as their family members living in the same household, are excluded from participation.

2. Prize Draw

a) The winners of each competition will be selected at random from all valid entries for the respective competition and will be notified via private message. No correspondence will be entered into during the entire competition period.

b) Any prize will be forfeited if the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 5 working days or fails to provide their correct and complete contact details. This includes invalid email addresses.

c) Participation via competition clubs, automated services or other third-party providers is not permitted. In the event of suspected manipulation, Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons or prior notice.

d) The prizes will be sent directly to the winners by post.

e) Cash payment of the prizes is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.

3. Liability

a) Any claims for damages against Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen AG and/or affiliated companies in connection with the competition are excluded, unless Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen AG and/or affiliated companies have breached legal obligations intentionally or through gross negligence.

b) Maestrani accepts no liability for data loss, in particular during data transmission, or for other technical defects.
